Noodlelove has reinterpreted traditional Asian cuisines using high-quality, smartly sourced, and
natural ingredients. The menu is inspired by the Korean-American heritage of founder Natalie
Camerino. The restaurant has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, and Eater.
Noodlelove’s connection to Erie is through Chris Potter, Noodlelove’s Director of Business
Development. Potter is an Erie native, who graduated from Cathedral Prep and the University of
Pittsburgh. He co-founded GRK Fresh Greek, a Greek fast casual concept that grew to multiple
locations in the United States, along with a master franchise agreement for fifty locations
throughout the Middle East. Potter has also consulted for food and beverage brands, as well as
food halls and markets.
